Refund policy

This policy follows the Iranian Electronic Commerce Law (including Article 37 on the seven-day right of withdrawal) and the Consumer Protection Law.

1. Right of withdrawal

Within 7 days of buying a commercial licence or cloud subscription, if the service has not been substantially used, you may cancel without giving a reason and receive a full refund.

2. Faulty services

If a service does not match its description on this site, or cannot be used because of a fault on our side, the unused period is refunded.

3. Non-refundable

• Custom services (implementation, training or bespoke development) already delivered.
• The free licence and open-source parts, which cost nothing.
• Subscription periods already used.

1. Send your request with the invoice number to hi@sufichain.com or through the contact page.
