01

One project for every product or brand

Each project keeps its own knowledge base, ticket settings, live-chat inboxes and AI workspace, so brands never mix.

  • Separate KB, menu and AI settings per project
  • An AI workspace assigned to each project
  • Live-chat inboxes configured inside the project
  • Run several brands from one console

02

A knowledge base your customers and your AI both read

Write articles in Markdown with versions and translations. Publish them to a public help portal, and the AI uses the same articles to answer.

  • Versions and translations in 4 languages
  • Category up to five levels, tags and visibility
  • Bulk publish or archive, and file import with review
  • Attachments gallery for images and files

03

An AI article editor that drafts with you

The article editor has a built-in hooshvare. Ask it to draft or improve the text, then accept or reject each suggestion inline.

  • Markdown editor with a fixed formatting toolbar
  • AI prompt bar at the bottom of the document
  • Suggestions shown as an inline review
  • Versions panel with a side-by-side diff

Published articles go to a public portal for each project and language, with search and categories. Customers find the answer before they ask.

  • Portal per project and language
  • Search, categories and article pages
  • Only published, public articles feed the AI
  • Indexing status and a smoke test per article

  • Take over, give back to AI, or transfer
  • Operator presence shown to visitors
  • Every handoff is recorded

Can my customers follow their tickets?

Yes. Signed-in users can open and follow their own tickets.

Is SLA ready?

Where does my data live?

SufiHelpDesk runs on Sufi Platform, and articles can be stored locally or in Git.
