By using the Sufi Platform website and services you accept these terms. They are written under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Law.

1. Definitions

"We" means [[BLANK: legal company name]]; "user" means any person or company that creates an account or uses the services; "services" means the software, licences, cloud hosting and support described on this site.

2. Accounts

• Registration details must be accurate and current.
• You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 or have a legal guardian's permission.

3. Module licences

Business modules need a licence generated in the console. The scope of the free and commercial licences is stated on each product page. Open-source parts are governed by their own licences (such as MIT or LGPL-3.0).

4. Acceptable use

Using the services for anything unlawful under Iranian law, publishing illegal content, spam, unauthorized access or harming the infrastructure is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Iranian rials and include VAT. Payments go through licensed Iranian bank gateways, and an invoice is issued for every purchase.

6. Your content

You own the data and content you enter, and you are legally responsible for it.

7. Availability

We work to keep the services available, but maintenance, updates or events outside our control (such as internet disruptions) may cause interruptions. Modules marked "beta" are still being completed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date.

9. Disputes

Disputes are first handled by discussion, then by the competent courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
